“How to prepare and run an adjudication application or response” will focus on the fundamental issues surrounding the Building and Construction Industry Payments Act 2004 (Qld) (often referred to as BCIPA) and the equivalent statutory adjudication regimes throughout Australia.

The seminar will discuss payment claims, payment schedules, adjudication applications and adjudication responses. Those four key components will be fully explored, along with a number of related issues including reference dates and further submissions, to ensure that you understand your rights and obligations under the adjudication regime.

With adjudication being one of the primary means of construction dispute resolution in the country, it is essential that your organisation has a firm grasp of BCIPA and its equivalents.
