Alex is a Principal in our Litigation & Dispute Resolution team.

Alex has more than 12 years of experience in high-value and complex international and domestic disputes, principally in the construction space.  He has represented international and state-owned companies, along with government clients and financial institutions, across a wide range of commercial proceedings.

Alex has been engaged in arbitrations, DAB proceedings, and court litigation arising out of projects across Australia, the Middle East, Europe, and Africa, including disputes worth in excess of $1 billion.

He has a particular interest in investigating technical construction issues and litigating complex EOT claims.  Prior to joining CDI Lawyers, Alex worked with a leading US firm in the Middle East and a top top-tiertralian firm in Brisbane.
