Sharon is an Associate in our Litigation & Dispute Resolution team.

Sharon has acted for a range of clients in construction disputes and in litigated proceedings in Queensland and Victoria.

Sharon’s experience includes:

• security of payment disputes in Queensland and Victoria;
• litigation relating to commercial construction contracts in the Supreme Court of Queensland and the Supreme Court of Victoria;
• advising clients on all aspects of construction contracts including defects and termination; and
• acting for a claimant in Supreme Court proceedings with a total disputed value over $10,000,000.
