CDI congratulates Aria Group on the success of their amazing new project, Breeze Mooloolaba.
Breeze is located on the last Esplanade fronting site, faces the northern beach and is protected by the headland, offering some of the safest and best swimming conditions on the Sunshine Coast. The building features 58 luxury apartments over 10 levels with pool, spa and recreational area.
Unique architecture by Tony Owen Partners celebrates a fluid sculpture, a design concept with sinuous curves reminiscent of coastal beaches and wide estuaries. The alternating waves that form the balconies maximise natural light and expansive views.
