A development application has been lodged by Aria Property Group for the construction of two new South Brisbane commercial towers. This will complete with an existing master plan proposal for a Melbourne Street commercial scheme.
The development features Richard & Spence’s well-known terracotta brick-style facade which is said to be a robust and low-maintenance material.
An interior retail courtyard-style arcade is planned in the middle of the development with a size comparable to Mollison Park in West Village.
Buildings will feature commercial recreation decks, it is planned that buildings 1 and 2 will feature pools, barbeque areas as well as areas for day beds.
