Caitlin is a Senior Associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team, with a focus on construction disputes, complex commercial litigation and adjudication. She acts for clients across the construction, financial services and development sectors in high stakes matters.

Prior to joining CDI, Caitlin worked at a national law firm and served as legal counsel for a major Australian bank, where she developed experience in contractual interpretation, enforcement and risk management.

Caitlin advises on adjudications under the Building Industry Fairness Security of Payment Act 2017 Qld, Supreme Court proceedings and disputes involving delay, liquidated damages, variations and defects. She advises clients through all stages of a dispute, from early risk assessment to final determination.
