The two-level penthouse in The Glasshouse in Burleigh Heads, which features one of the most impressive rooftops money could buy, has sold for not only an apartment record (both off the plan and established) in the Gold Coast, but the whole of Queensland.
Glasshouse is the most exclusive project yet to be delivered by the Brisbane-based developer Spyre Group, which has had a stellar run across six projects on the Gold Coast since 2018.
