CDI congratulates Homecorp Property Group on approval for the final stage of a four-tower project within the Gold Coast education and technology hub of Varsity Lakes.
The final stage will feature 289 two and three-bedroom apartments across two towers, rising 12 and 14 storeys. The project includes a range of resident amenities such as a large swimming pool, gym, cafes, a dog off-leash park area, landscaped gardens, communal dining spaces, rooftop areas, and local retail stores.
