CDI was retained by Marquee to draw contract documentation for the art deco-inspired development, designed by BDA Architecture, comprising 75 apartments across its nine levels.
The Catalina is due for completion in Q4 2021 and will be Marquee’s second building developed on Chevron Island. In 2020 they completed their 61-apartment project Stanhill, which won the 2020 Master Builders Award for best Residential Building in both the Gold Coast and QLD. CDI also drew the contract documentation for this project.
The Catalina is the second apartment project Marquee have sold out in recent months, having seen huge success in Palm Beach where they are developing Cabana, the 34-apartment project across six levels.
Sales were so quick Marquee have brought construction forward, now set to start in June with a late 2022 completion date.
