Pask Developments has celebrated the commencement of construction at Ocean Place – located at 216 The Esplanade, Burleigh Heads.

Aria
Brisbane’s first 50-storey tower outside its CBD has been given the green light, marking the next generation of revitalisation on the River City’s fringe.
Part of a triple-tower development envisioned by Aria Property Group for South Brisbane, it will rise 207m—making it the city’s equal sixth tallest building.
The landmark proposal, alongside two smaller towers of 24 and 40 storeys, has been approved for an amalgamated 7295 sq m site fronting Melbourne, Manning, and Edmondstone streets.
Overall, it will comprise 678 apartments, 6039sq m of commercial-retail space and a “high-end” hotel.
Spyre Group
Luxury south-east Queensland residential developer Spyre Group has revealed bold plans for a triple-tower cluster that would reshape the skyline of one of the Gold Coast’s most tightly held and expensive beachside suburbs.
Earmarked for an amalgamated 3344sq m site at Main Beach, the proposal comprises one tower of 37 storeys and two towers rising up to 41 storeys.
Under the plans, the towers would accommodate a total of 309 apartments to be delivered across four stages—including a reconfiguration of the site at 3640-3642 Main Beach Parade into three ocean-facing lots.
