Spyre Group has lodged plans for the proposed mega project at Main Beach.
The three towers, which will rise to 41-storeys, with 300 units and would have the potential to bring an extra 600 residents to the suburb, becoming its largest-ever development”
The project is to be delivered across four stages—including a reconfiguration of the site at 3640-3642 Main Beach Parade into three ocean-facing lots.
CDI is proud to have prepared all construction documentation for Spyre Group since Day 1.
Chapter Two
Construction is underway on Chapter Two’s transformation of the former U.S. Consulate in Spring Hill, Brisbane.
The consulate will be converted into five park-front apartments comprising two dual-level penthouses, two whole-floor apartments, and a two-floor amalgamated residence anchoring the building.
The project retains the structural integrity of the office block, which featured large column-free floorplates that could be converted to residential use, and was inspired by minimalist apartments in Central Park, New York.
