CDI congratulates luxury South-East Queensland developer Spyre group on its high-end beachfront apartment project at Tugun on the southern end of the Gold Coast.
The boutique midrise scheme would comprise nine apartments on a 760sq m site at 2 Dune Street and would replace a two-level 1970s-built block of flats.
It follows hot on the heels of Spyre’s award-winning Glasshouse at Burleigh Heads.
Sprye Group is also proceeding with a 15-unit scheme for one of the last remaining riverfront blocks at Brisbane’s upmarket Bulimba.
Spyre Group also has under construction the Arc project in Toowong, which Graya is building. The 24-apartment project on Brisbane’s riverfront features 180-degree views of the river.
