CDI Lawyers acts for Aria as Brisbane Olympic Precinct goes big

Aria Property Group is the latest to make its move by seizing the opportunity of an emerging new vision for the inner-city hub!

It has filed upscaled plans for the Canopy House apartment tower which is already underway on a 1500 sqm site which is located at the corner of Leopard and Vulture Street, Kangaroo Point.

In the revised proposal, Aria is wanting to increase the building height from the approved 22 stories to 30 stories and a residential density from 105 to 136 apartments.

The extra 31 apartments would be spread across  an additional seven floors, as well as more car parking spaces which would be provided up from 194 to 22 necessitating an additional podium level.

Other features, below the rooftop- include an infinity pool, daybeds, residents’ dining room, lounge, picnic lawn, and barbeque terraces.

A health and wellness centre would feature a gym, treatment room, sauna, steam room, hot and cold plunge pools as well as work-from-home offices, boardroom, and private cinema.

CDI is proud to be retained on Canopy house.
