CDI Lawyers congratulates Aria and Spyre Group on exciting new projects

Aria Property Group

Brisbane’s first 50-storey tower outside its CBD has been given the green light, marking the next generation of revitalisation on the River City’s fringe by Aria Property Group.

Part of a triple-tower development envisioned by Aria for South Brisbane, it will rise 207m—making it the city’s equal sixth tallest building.

The landmark proposal, alongside two smaller towers of 24 and 40 storeys, has been approved for an amalgamated 7295 sq m site fronting Melbourne, Manning, and Edmondstone streets.

Overall, it will comprise 678 apartments, 6039sq m of commercial-retail space and a “high-end” hotel.

As well, a 1600sq m public park is planned “in lieu of a fourth tower” with a dining and retail precinct connected by a network of arcades and laneways between the buildings.

Spyre Group

Spyre Group has taken the next step with its apartment project at Bulimba.

The project comprises 15 homes on one of Bulimba’s last remaining riverfront blocks, about 4km north-east of the CBD.

The project is a shift for Spyre as interiors will be for the first time handled in-house.

The scheme includes a mix of three and four-bedroom residences, most with multiple living areas, rooftop terraces or private courtyards, and direct lift access.

The Bulimba development continues Spyre’s focus on high-end, design-driven projects across Brisbane’s inner suburbs. The group has delivered or advanced several similar riverfront developments at locations including Kangaroo Point, Toowong and New Farm.

CDI is proud to have been with Aria and Spyre Group since day one.
