CDI Lawyers congratulates Marquee Developments on plans for largest remaining absolute beach front development on the Gold Coast.

CDI client, Marquee Developments has purchased a site at 1293-1299 Gold Coast Highway Palm Beach, which is the “largest remaining absolute beachfront development site on the Gold Coast”.

The northeast facing block, which also spans 332 The Esplanade, has 40m of beachfront, with the 16-level 19th Avenue tower on its northern side the Pacific Surf Lifesaving Club as its southern neighbour. The absolute beachfront site will enable  residents to  walk straight onto the sand without crossing a road or pedestrian pathway.

This will be Marquee’s 11th Gold Coast apartment project in the past eight years and CDI has drawn the construction documentation for all those projects.
