Maya Kirra Beach
CDI Lawyers is proud to be retained by Sprye Group as developer, to draw the contract documentation on the magnificent Maya Project at Kirra Beach. Maya is a 9 level residential apartment block situated on the exclusive Kirra Esplanade.
Natura Burleigh Heads
CDI is proud to have been retained by Spyre Group on Burleigh’s newest beachfront residence, Natura. Natura will include 33 luxury apartments across 17 levels featuring 180-degree panoramic views of the ocean, Gold Coast skyline and hinterland.
Arden Property Group
Trilogy, Kangaroo Point

Honeycombes Property Group
Marine Tourism Precinct, Townsville
CDI congratulates Honeycombes on the planning and development of the new Marine Tourism Precinct in Townsville. Due to be completed by 2021, this project will be the new tourism hub and breakwater terminal in Townsville. This will be an extension to the Sealink terminal and will become a gateway to destinations like Magnetic Island.

Aria
66 Hope Street
66 Hope Street is Aria’s striking new residential tower located at South Brisbane. A detailed design competition was held by Aria with the winning design presented to the Lord Mayor and Planning Chair in 2018 by Koichi Takada. The proposed development comprises an iconic building of the highest design excellence, which aims to embody an art piece in the skyline. The design encapsulates sculptural balconies and curved spines which work they way from the ground level, culminating in a dramatic crown-like pergola at the roof of the development.
