CDI Lawyers is proud to be retained by Marquee as developer, to draw the contract documentation on Cannes, Surfers Paradise. Cannes features 180-degree river, ocean, hinterland & skyline views making it the largest absolute riverfront lot remaining between Broadbeach and Main Beach on the beach side of the river. Cannes accommodates 96 apartments and a wide range of state of the art amenities.
Sprye Group
CDI is proud to have been retained by Spyre Group on Burleigh’s newest beachfront residence, Natura. Natura will include 33 luxury apartments across 17 levels featuring 180-degree panoramic views of the ocean, Gold Coast skyline and hinterland.
Greenfort
CDI Lawyers is proud to be retained by GreenFort as developer, to draw the contract documentation for Reside. Reside features 200 retirement village apartments, across 7 3-6storey buildings. These apartment buildings are to be built on the old Golf Course Clubhouse with a new Clubhouse to also be built in Stage 1.
Tomkins
CDI Lawyers is proud to be retained by Tomkins as builder, to draw the contract documentation for Botanica, New Farm. Botanica features 16 boutique residences sprawling between approximately 177sqm and 626sqm in size, multiple living rooms, garaged parking with storage and direct-lift access to each apartment.
