CDI Lawyers congratulates ARIA on the QLD Master Builders Award for their development of Tree House

At the recent 2021 QLD Master Builders Award, CDI’s long-standing client, ARIA Property group project Tree House won the overall 2021 QLD Master Builders Award for Residential (Regional), as well as the award for residential high-rise building over $20 million.

Their West End development of 90 apartments was inspired by the leafy and tranquil suburb of West End, taking cues from Davies Park with over sixty mature trees are integrated throughout the development, to deliver a living and breathing urban forest.

ARIA also announced an exciting new development, Trellis, of 10 two and three-bedroom apartments by the same designer as Tree House, Rothelowman. Trellis is located adjacent to Musgrave Park, one of Brisbane’s oldest and most iconic parklands, featuring three metre high ceilings, Miele appliances, operable glazing and a number of sustainable features.

CDI is proud to have been retained by Aria to draw the contract documentation for the construction of Tree House.
