Caitlin is a Senior Associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team, with a specialist focus on construction disputes, complex commercial litigation, and adjudication. She brings deep expertise across the construction, financial services, and development sectors, acting for a broad range of clients in high-stakes matters.

Prior to joining CDI, Caitlin worked at a national law firm and served as legal counsel for a major Australian bank, where she honed her skills in contractual interpretation, enforcement, and strategic risk management.

Known for her meticulous attention to detail, strategic thinking, and ability to deliver results under pressure, Caitlin is recognised as a trusted advisor who consistently delivers practical, cost-effective solutions while managing commercial and reputational risks. She regularly advises on adjudications under the Building Industry Fairness (Security of Payment) Act 2017 (Qld), court proceedings, and disputes involving delays, liquidated damages, variations, and defects.
