CDI Lawyers was retained by HoneyCombes Property Group, to draw the contract documentation on the new Ferny Grove Precinct Transit Orientated Development project. Ferny Grove Central aims to transform this pedestrian and vehicle thoroughfare into a vibrant hub providing safe access to the station and convenient shopping and entertainment.
Ention Properties – 79 Swann Road, Taringa
CDI Lawyers is proud to be retained by Ention Properties as developer, to draw the contract documentation for the newest inner-city residential property project, D’eesse. The 6-storey residential project, located in Taringa, will comprise of luxury two and three bedroom apartments. The design will also include 3-levels of basement car parking, ground level entry and communal facilities such as roof top terraces, gym and BBQ facilities.
Pointcorp Heritage Park Pty Ltd – Cleanaway Depot for Logan City Council
CDI Lawyers was retained by the developer, to draw the contract documentation for the new Cleanaway Refuge Depot in Logan, with Pointcorp Heritage Park Pty Ltd. The depot will administer the new city-wide waste collection and includes the possible introduction of green garden waste services.
Silverstone Developments – 525 Boundary Street, Spring Hill
CDI Lawyers is proud to be retained by Silverstone as developer, to draw the contract documentation for a 10-storey purpose built medical development in Spring Hill. The building industry-specific features, such as large floor to floor heights, large corridors, over-sized lift cars, ambulance bays and large plant areas, as well as integrating a coffee shop façade and large roof terrace.
