The Standard developed by Aria has been awarded Best High-Density Development nationally by the Urban Development Institute of Australia for 2022. This represents Aria’s fourth national award success in six years.
Aria’s vision was to deliver an iconic architectural statement that would both anchor Fish Lane and transform the South Brisbane skyline. The project began in 2017 and was completed in July 2021, representing four very dynamic years in the development and construction industry.
