CDI congratulates the Wong Family and Development Directive on the opening of the Paradise Garden Shopping Centre at Thornlands. CDI is proud to have drawn all construction documentation for this $80 mill project.
Construction and development of this 6.35-hectare site will deliver:
- Neighbourhood shopping centre with 8,000sqm GFA;
- 4 hectares of green space parkland;
- Internal roads and signalised intersection;
- Two future development lots (1ha & 0.3 ha lots)
The project was developed as Coles- anchored neighbourhood Shopping Centre.
