CDI congratulates Azure on two exciting new projects.
Azure is planning a luxury housing estate for the final residential development site in the Gold Coast Health and Knowledge Precinct.
Planned are 100 luxury terraced homes for the site in the growing suburb.
The site within the precinct, a 200ha multi-disciplinary research complex, was one of the final residential opportunities within Lumina, a purpose-built innovation area within the enclave.
Azure has also announced it has begun construction of its $189-million gated community at Rothwell in the City of Moreton Bay. Its in-house builders, Azure Build, are managing the construction.
