New projects for CDI Lawyers

Keylin and Kinstone Group – Hope Island Townhouse Development CDI Lawyers is proud to be retained by Keylin and Kinstone Group to draw contract documentation for a new town house development in Hope Island. This $650 million townhouse development Serenity 4212, one of the largest waterfront projects currently underway on the Gold Coast. The joint Helensvale venture between Keylin and Kinstone Group, adjacent to Hope Island, will see the third stage of Serenity Reserve brought forward after the sell outs of stage one and two, Serenity Waters and Serenity Green. Serenity Reserve will comprise 83 townhomes each with four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The development will be designed by architectural firm DBI in conjunction with Modulus Architecture.
 
Lacey Group – 124 – 126 Jefferson Lane, Palm Beach CDI Lawyers is proud to have been retained by Lacey Group, to draw contract documentation for a new apartment development in Palm Beach. The development will consist of 33 elegantly designed residential apartments located on the exclusive Jefferson Lane in Palm Beach.
