CDI are proud sponsors of the 2nd ICC Tokyo Arbitration Day

23 April 2024 – Tokyo

After the success of the inaugural ICC Tokyo Arbitration Day in 2023, CDI are proud to return as sponsors of the 2nd ICC Tokyo Arbitration Day.

CDI’s continued sponsorship of the event reflects our dedication to supporting Japanese clients in the challenges of international business in the construction, infrastructure, oil and gas, energy and mining spheres. It also represents CDI’s support for the continued development of international arbitration in the Asia-Pacific.

CDI’s team of specialist construction lawyers continues to represent Japanese clients on some of the largest and most forward-thinking construction, infrastructure, oil and gas and energy projects in the world, including the Hydrogen Energy Supply Chain project in Victoria, and the Ichthys LNG project in the Northern Territory, the largest ever foreign investment of a Japanese company.

We look forward to catching up with clients and colleagues at what will undoubtedly be another excellent event.

Details are available via the ICC here.

Christopher Rowden, Thomas Law and Jake Lengui will be in attendance in Tokyo.
